NKey Responsibilities

- Lead and execute statutory audits for corporate clients across various industries. N
- Plan, supervise, and review audit engagements in accordance with applicable auditing standards. N
- Review financial statements and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements. N
- Identify audit risks, internal control weaknesses, and recommend practical solutions. N
- Coordinate with clientsto obtain required information and resolve audit queries. N
- Guide, mentor, and review the work of audit associates and articles. N
- Ensure timely completion of audit assignments while maintaining quality standards. N
- Liaise with partners and senior management on engagement progress and key audit observations. N
- Stay updated with changes in accounting standards, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements. N

nDesired Candidate Profile

- n
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). N




- Min 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in Statutory Audit, preferably with a CA firm. N
- Robust knowledge of: N
- Statutory Auditsn
- Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) N
- Companies Act, 2013 N
- Standards on Auditing (SA) N
- Financial Statement Analysis N
- Experience in handling manufacturing, trading, services, NBFC, or other corporate clients. N
- Excellent analytical, communication, and client-handling skills. N
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and lead engagement teams. N
