nSalary Range - 20000 to 30000 depends upon basic salary and performance.

nOffice Time - 10:00 am to 8:30 pm with 2 hrs dedicated break.

nWe are looking for a results-driven Admission Counselor to join our team. You will play a crucial role in managing and converting leads, guiding students through the enrollment process, and driving our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for music education, with the ability to nurture prospective students from interest to enrollment.

nKey Responsibilities:

nLead Management:

- Handle and qualify incoming leads from Google Ads, social media, and referrals.n
- Assess prospective students' needs and interest in our music programs.n
- Conduct timely follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads and answer inquiries.n

nSales Conversion:

- n
- Promote our music classes to potential students and parents through calls and virtual meetings.n
- Explain program offerings, pricing, and the advantages of Notation School’s curriculum.n




- Overcome objections, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet enrollment goals.n

nTrial and Enrollment Assistance:

- n
- Help prospective students schedule and prepare for trial classes.n
- Support families during the trial experience, answering questions and resolving concerns.n
- Guide students through the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth transition to full enrollment.n

nCustomer Engagement:
n
- n
- Build strong relationships with prospective and current students to foster trust.n
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales and enrollment process.n
- Assist with onboarding new students, explaining plans, features, and program benefits.n

nReporting and Analysis:

- Track and report on lead conversion rates and sales performance.n
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.n
