- Lead and manage a 25+ member pan-India Secretarial & Legal Compliance team, with direct oversight of the Delhi NCR function N
- Own end-to-end client delivery, quality, timelines, escalations and customer experience N
- Act as a senior technical advisor on: N
- Companies Act, 2013 andSecretarial Standards N
- Corporate governance and regulatory compliance N
- FEMA, FDI and ODI matters N
- Fundraising and transaction-related compliances N
- ESOPs, CCPS, CCDs and cap-table matters N
- Private placements, rights issues and preferential allotments N
- Due diligence and corporate restructuring N
- Board and shareholder matters N
- Trademark and allied legal/regulatory matters N
- IPO readiness and pre-listing compliance support N
- Lead fundraising and corporate transactions, including private placements, debt issuances and associated regulatory filings N
- Serve as a senior pointo
