To drive Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), ESG, and Sustainability initiatives across manufacturing operations by ensuring statutory compliance, implementing sustainability frameworks, managing ESG reporting, and promoting a safe and sustainable work setting aligned with organizational and global standards.

• Ensure implementation of EHS policies, safety procedures,



and statutory compliance across manufacturing facilities.
• Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective action implementation.
• Monitor workplace safety standards and drive safety awareness initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other applicable EHS standards.

• Reduction in LTIFR/TRIR
• EHS Audit Compliance Score – 100%
• Closure of CAPA within timeline
• Reduction in workplace incidents

• Timely Submission of ESG/BRSR Reports – 100%
