About the Role
Pentangle Tech Services is looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive – US Staffing to join our growing business development team.
The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in US Staffing Sales / Business Development , with a proven track record of acquiring new clients, generating staffing requirements, building client relationships, and closing business .
Candidates with experience in Engineering Staffing, Technical Staffing, IT Staffing, Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace, or other engineering-related domains will be highly preferred.
This is a target-driven role requiring strong knowledge of the US staffing market, direct client acquisition, MSP/VMS programs, vendor management, and staffing sales cycles .
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect,



and acquire new US-based clients for staffing and recruitment services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Hiring Managers, HR Managers, Talent Acquisition teams, Procurement teams, Vendor Managers, MSPs, and VMS programs .
- Generate new business opportunities through:
- Cold calling
- Email campaigns
- LinkedIn outreach
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Networking
- Referrals
- Existing professional relationships
- Identify companies with active hiring needs and convert them into qualified staffing opportunities.
- Focus on acquiring direct clients and new logos across the US market.
- Understand client workforce requirements and position Pentangle Tech Services' staffing solutions accordingly.
- Present company capabilities, staffing solutions, recruiting expertise, and delivery capabilities to prospective clients.
