Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Power BI / Business Intelligence Analyst to support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of dashboards and reporting solutions.
The ideal candidate will have robust hands-on experience with Power BI, data visualization, data modeling, and large datasets , along with the ability to work closely with business and finance stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into clear, actionable insights.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, or related areas.
- Solid hands-on experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports .
- Strong understanding of data visualization, dashboard design, data modeling, and reporting best practices .
- Experience working with large and complex datasets from multiple sources.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience translating business requirements into scalable reporting solutions.
- Experience with data validation and reconciliation to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain analytical findings.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple reporting requirements and priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
- Partner with business and finance stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and develop scalable reporting solutions.
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple internal sources.
- Develop meaningful KPIs, metrics, and visualizations to highlight business performance and trends.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks.
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline manual reporting processes.
- Enhance existing dashboards for improved usability, performance, and visualization.
