Role:

The responsibilities of the Counselor/Sr. Counsellor includes Engaging with potential students to share information about courses, admissions, and financial assistance, while fostering strong connections and meeting enrollment objectives.

- Engage with prospective students via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to understand their educational goalsn
- Provide detailed information about programs, university partnerships, and career outcomesn
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into admissionsn
- Meet and exceed Weekly/monthly/quarterly enrollment targetsn
- Maintain a high conversion rate from inquiry to admissionn
- Assist students in application submission, fee payment, and documentationn
- Build and maintain robust relationships with potential learnersn
- Guide students through financial aid, scholarships, and installment plansn
- Stay updated on trending courses, competitor programs, and industry requirementsn

- Bachelor’s degree in any streamn
- Excellent active listening and communication skilln
- Excellent interpersonal and mediation skilln
