Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with overall 12+ years of exp for BigCommerce implementation project. The ideal candidate will have experience in overseeing the whole processes, ensuring a smooth execution with minimal disruption to business operations. Key Responsibilities: Understand the Scope: Collaborate with stakeholders to define the full scope of the project. Identify and document current challenges and desired outcomes. Break Down Requirements into Sprints Backlog: Work with the Product Owner to divide the project into manageable tasks. Ensure each sprint delivers incremental value and allows for review and refinement. Document Business Requirements: Gather and document detailed business requirements. Create user stories and acceptance criteria based on these requirements. Create and Refine User Stories: Translate complex technical and business requirements into clear, actionable user stories. Ensure tasks are manageable within the sprint framework. Engage Stakeholders: Maintain ongoing engagement with stakeholders throughout the project.



Collect feedback during sprint reviews and align the product backlog with evolving business needs. Mitigate Risks and Manage Dependencies: Identify potential risks and dependencies early in the project. Develop strategies to mitigate these risks and manage dependencies effectively. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Ecommerce projects. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in documenting business requirements and creating user stories. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
