Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in quality assurance and will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of virtual assistance services provided to clients.
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and provide feedback to team members to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
- Collaborate with team leaders and managers to ensure continuous improvement.
- Handle client feedback and complaints,
ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and present findings to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in a virtual assistance or customer service environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and quality management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Solid problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
