Charted Accountant profiles with 3-4 years of post-qualification of experience
- Strong understanding of CASS (Client Assets Sourcebook) regulations, with experience in CASS oversight, operational risk, financial controls, or a similar governance function within financial services.
- Perform daily CASS oversight activities, including reviewing reconciliations, investigating exceptions, monitoring controls, and producing Management Information (MI) report
- Support and conduct CASS thematic reviews by assessing the design and effectiveness of key CASS processes, identifying risks, and recommending control improvements.
- Prepare governance reports, monthly updates, and present key findings to senior stakeholders while collaborating with operational, governance, and technical teams to meet regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive approach to driving continuous improvement in the CASS control workplace.
