N nWe are looking for a passionate and target-oriented Academic Counsellor who can understand students’ aspirations, provide personalized guidance, and help them successfully progress through their study-abroad journey.
N n Job Summary
N nAs an Academic Counsellor at Gradzest, you will be responsible for counselling prospective students, understanding their academic and career goals, recommending suitable study-abroad options, and guiding them through the admissions process.
N nThe ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a student-first approach, strong follow-up skills, and the ability to work towards counselling and conversion targets.
N n Key Responsibilities
N n1. Student Counselling




N n* Connect with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, video meetings, and other communication channels.
N* Understand the student’s academic background, career goals, financial situation, preferred destination, and course interests.
N* Provide personalized guidance on suitable countries, universities, courses, and intakes.
N* Explain admission requirements, eligibility criteria, tuition fees, scholarships, and career opportunities.
N* Address student and parent queries professionally and accurately.
N n2. Application & Admission Guidance
N n* Guide students through the university selection and application process.
N* Coordinate with internal application/admissions teams to ensure applications are processed on time.
N* Follow up with studentsregarding required documents, application deadlines, offers, deposits, and other significant milestones.
N* Maintain accurate and updated student information in the CRM.
