nJob Summary:

nWe are looking for a motivated and persuasive Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential participants, explaining the pageant process, and converting leads into successful registrations.
n

nKey Responsibilities:
n

n* Make outbound calls to leads generated via marketing campaigns and inquiries.
n* Explain the Mrs. India Inc pageant structure, benefits, and registration process.
n* Follow up with interested candidates via phone, WhatsApp, and email.




n* Handle objections and resolve queries with confidence and professionalism.
n* Maintain daily call records and update CRM with lead status.
n* Achieve monthly registration and conversion targets.
n* Coordinate with the operations and marketing teams for smooth onboarding.

nRequirements:
n

n* 1 to 3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or inside sales (experience in education, events, or pageant industry is a plus).
n* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
n* Ability to pitch and sell effectively over the phone.
n* Confidence in handling high-value registrations and addressing objections.
n* Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Google Sheets.
n* Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages are a bonus).

nPreferred Skills:

n* Experience in B2C sales or working with women-focused programs.
n* Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and result-oriented mindset.
