nResponsibilities
nThis position will be for IT point of contact to support the Residential Project Management Office in all the project review and financial reviews

nPMO Support

- SDLC process review to ensure all residential projects are tracked appropriatelyn
- Review project status updated in PMO with progress in SDLC Tooln
- Weekly cost incurrence across project (CAPEX vs OPEX) to ensure in line with project budgetn
- Leadership reportingn
- RCA from project team for documentationn

- Surveys for projectsn
- Tech Debt registern
- Project Reporting (Steering Committee)n
- Promote Agile, Scrum, and Lean delivery practices.n
- Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.n
- Monitor delivery performance metrics and corrective actions.n
- Foster accountability, transparency, and delivery excellence.n
- Oversee multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.n
- Monitor program health, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and risks.n
- Ensure projects remain aligned to approved scope and objectives.n
- Coordinate delivery across global and cross-functional teams.n
