nRole Overview
nWe are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead shop-floor operations, drive production efficiency, and ensure adherence to established QA/QC systems and manufacturing standards.
n

nKey Responsibilities:
n
- n
- Manage and oversee day-to-day shop-floor production operations.n
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.n
- Lead production teams and optimize manpower, machines, and processes.n
- Coordinate with QA/QC, Maintenance, and other departments.n
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.n




- Ensure compliance with defined quality and safety standards.n

nKey Requirements:
n
- n
- Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering.n
- Around 15 years of overall experience in Precision Engineering / Automobile Manufacturing.n
- Experience handling shop-floor operations in a senior position.n
- Strong understanding of QA/QC systems and manufacturing processes.n
- Solid leadership, problem-solving, and production management skills.n
