Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer with a strong background in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)and Python development to join our growing data team. You will play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and platforms that support business intelligence, analytics, and machine learning /Gen AI initiatives.
- Primary Skill: - Python and GCP (Big Query, Dataproc, Data Flow); Should be experience in developing ETL and ELT pipelines.
- 7-12 years of overall experience in Data Engineering / Software Development.
- Minimum 3–4 years hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Solid proficiency in Python, especially with data manipulation libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and PySpark.
- Experience with SQL and performance tuning in BigQuery or other data warehouses.
- Experience working with tools like Dataflow (Apache Beam), Cloud Run, GKE and Cloud Functions.
- Good understanding of data modelling, partitioning, schema design, and data governance.
- Good understanding of containerization (Docker) and GKE for data workloads.
