nRole Overview
nWe are looking for an experienced SAP Basis Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) and ChaRM to manage SAP landscapes, system administration, transport management, technical monitoring, and production support.
n

nKey Responsibilities
n
- n
- Administer and support SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and BW/4HANA landscapes.n
- Perform SAP installations, upgrades, system copies/refreshes, client administration, kernel upgrades, and support package upgrades.n
- Configure and manage SAP Solution Manager 7.2 and ChaRM.n
- Manage TMS, transport routes, change workflows, approvals, and transport troubleshooting.n
- Perform SAP system monitoring, health checks, performance tuning, and technical housekeeping.n
- Manage background jobs, RFCs, Web Dispatcher, spool/printing, and system interfaces.n
- Provide L2/L3 production support, incident resolution, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).n




- Support HANA database administration and SAP environments hosted on AWS/Azure/GCP.n
- Support High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), and Business Continuity activities.n
- Coordinate with SAP Support/OSS and other technical teams for critical issues.n

- 8+ years of SAP Basis experiencen
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager 7.2n
- Strong expertise in ChaRM configuration and administrationn
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and ECCn
- Strong knowledge of SAP TMS and transport managementn
- Hands-on experience in SAP system monitoring, troubleshooting, upgrades, kernel patching, and system copiesn
- Strong SAP HANA database administration experiencen
- Valuable knowledge of Linux/Windows/Unixn
- Experience in L2/L3 production support and RCAn
- Strong understanding of RFC, Web Dispatcher, background jobs, spool/printing, and interfacesn
