Operations Executive – Jewellery Movement & Coordination

nSant Ram's is a 65-year-old fine jewellery house in Chandigarh, alongside Jazaa, our lab-grown diamond brand. We are building a modern operations backbone behind a heritage business, and this role sits at the centre of it.

n The role
nEvery piece we sell moves through several hands — design, manufacturing, quality check, showroom, and back. Your job is to make sure that movement is tracked, timely, and accounted for. You are the person who always knows where a piece is, what stage it's at, and what's holding it up.

n What you'll do

- n
- Log and track the movement of jewellery between departments (design, workshop, QC, showroom, vault) with complete documentation at each handovern
- Maintain accurate records in our ERP and reconcile physical stock against system entriesn
- Coordinate daily with department heads to keep orders and repairs moving on schedulen
- Flag delays, discrepancies,



or missing paperwork immediately — before they become problemsn
- Prepare simple daily/weekly status reports for managementn
- Support other departments (sales, accounts, marketing) with back-office tasks as neededn

n What we're looking for
n
- n
- 1–3 years in operations, back office, inventory, or logistics coordination (retail or manufacturing preferred; jewellery a plus but not required)n
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets; ERP experience is an advantagen
- Meticulous about records — you don't leave gaps, and you don't sign off on what you haven't checkedn
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work with senior craftsmen and management aliken
- Good written and spoken Hindi and Englishn
