- Experience on Laser welding, Cell stacking, cell Sorting, Cyclers.
- Work with Siemens S7-1500, Rockwell Automation and Mitsubishi electric.
- Modify, implement logic for machine control , safety interlocks and process sequences.
- Design and develop HMI Interfaces , Alarms, data logging systems.
- Troubleshoot the communication faults, electrical failures.
- Work on communication protocols like profinet, Ethernet, Modbus.
- Work on Industry 4.0 and MES.
- Documentation PLC logics, wiring diagrams and SoP’s.
- Experience in VFD’s, Servo systems, control panels.
- Knwoledge on Robotics- KUKA, Fanuc, ABB, Kawasaki.
