Requirements: Non-IT recruitment, niche hiring, KPA/BPA management, insurance/reinsurance/claims hiring, ATS and Excel proficiency
• Source candidates (job portals, social media, vendors, referrals).
• Manage bulk hiring & niche roles (insurance/reinsurance/claims).
• Screen, interview & coordinate with hiring managers.
• Handle vendor management & recruitment drives.
• Roll out offers, negotiate, and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain hiring reports, metrics & compliance.
