Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Tele-Calling Executives to engage with customers through outbound calls, understanding their insurance needs, and promoting life insurance products. The role involves outbound calling, customer education, lead generation, follow-ups, and coordination with branch/sales teams to improve insurance penetration and customer protection coverage.

Key Responsibilities

 Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers from assigned databases/leads.

 Explain life insurance products, benefits, features, and policy terms.

 Generate leads and convert prospects into policyholders.

 Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly sales targets.

 Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.

Required Skills

 Strong communication and persuasion skills.

 Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling abilities.

 Basic knowledge of life insurance products and industry practices.

 Ability to work in a target-driven setting.

Qualifications

 Education - Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

 Experience - Experience in tele-calling, customer service, banking, insurance, or sales support preferred.

 Language Requirement – Hindi, English, Marathi, Gujurati
