We are currently seeking an experienced Compliance Officer – Fund Management to join our growing international Capital Markets and Credit Investment team in GIFT City, India. This is an exciting prospect to join a new and growing team at one of Canada’s largest asset managers.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Mandatorily based out of BCI’s GIFT City office, the Compliance Officer will play a key role in supporting the establishment and ongoing operations of BCI’s upcoming Fund Management Entity (FME) Tlupana India Investments (TII) and its managed funds at the upcoming office in Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT), India’s international financial services hub. BCI is establishing a presence in GIFT City to expand its capabilities across India's capital markets.

The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable IFSCA, SEZ regulations, AML/CFT and KYC requirements, corporate governance standards, regulatory reporting obligations, and internal policies and procedur
