Job Description
Head of Business operations will focus on bringing operational efficiencies in the logistics transport management of the Direct/Indirect Operations of the company's business by cost effective Logistics operations planning, by identifying new Recyclers, Logistics service provider & Material Service provider. Strengthening existing Recycler network, Logistics network & Material service provider network relationships and by develop a robust logistics/business network to ensure smooth business operations across Pan India.

n Roles and Responsibilities
n- Responsible for all operations planning & delivery.
n- Ensuring to achieve required Gross Margin target.
n- Help achieve positive unit economics by defining KPIs and tracking progress against KPIs.
n- Ensure optimal levels of business costs for logistics and operations within agreed budgets.
n- Manage direct and indirect operations for the region.
n- Ensure business sourcing and processing costs/margins align with company expectations.
n- Provide input on Market intelligence within the industry.




n- Planning and brainstorming for market expansion & pitches.
n- Manage stakeholders (internal & external), anchor key accounts, and develop new business relationships.
n- Understand stakeholder business needs and collaborate with business teams to design operational action plans.
n- Ensuring vendor / partner due diligence is validated and is in-check, before finalizing long-term agreements.
n- Ensuring collections are completed within agreed payment cycle, so as to avoid unnecessary and prolonged overdues.
n- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
n- Managing & grooming operations team.

n Key Requirements
n18–25 years of experience in Logistics / Supply Chain / Reverse Logistics / Recycling / Waste Management/ Consumer durables/ FMCG
nStrong experience in Pan-India logistics & operations, Channel development or recycler/vendor
