nJob Summary:
nWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Sales Executive/Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by securing new business, maintaining client relationships, and maximising sales opportunities for our hotel. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to promote our hotel’s services to corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other potential customers.

nKey Responsibilities:
n1. Business Development:
nIdentify and pursue new sales leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
nDevelop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
nConduct sales presentations and site inspections for potential clients.

n2. Client Relationship Management:




nBuild and maintain solid relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other key stakeholders.
nHandle inquiries, negotiate contracts, and close deals to secure bookings for rooms, meetings, and events.
nProvide excellent customer service to ensure repeat business.
n

n3. Revenue Generation:
nAchieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for room bookings, banquet events, and group reservations.
nCollaborate with the marketing team to create promotional packages and campaigns.
nMonitor competitor pricing and market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
n

n4. Administrative & Reporting:
nMaintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
nPrepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts for management.
nAttend sales meetings, trade shows, and industry events as required.
n

n5. Property Show down whenever guests visits, offering water tea etc, noting info
