nWe are looking for an experienced Sales Head to lead our sales team and accelerate PlugUp’s growth in the EV charging industry.
nKey Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the EV charger sales teamn
- Develop and execute sales strategies across Indian
- Drive sales of AC and DC chargers up to 360 kWn
- Build relationships with CPOs, fleet operators, dealerships, corporates, government agencies and infrastructure developersn
- Manage key accounts, channel partners and institutional clientsn
- Monitor sales targets, pipelines, conversions and team performancen
- Coordinate with technical,



project and service teams for successful executionn

nCandidate Profile:

- Proven experience in EV charging, electrical equipment, power electronics or related industriesn
- Strong team-management and business-development capabilitiesn
- Existing industry relationships will be preferredn
- Willingness to travel across Indian
- Target-oriented with robust commercial and negotiation skillsn
