WE’RE HIRING Business Development Manager – Residential Projects (B2C) Location: Ahmedabad Experience: 2–5 Years Industry: Premium Interior Partition Systems Compensation: Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Sales Incentives Canvas Partition Systems is looking for a commercially sharp and field-driven Business Development Manager to develop opportunities within Ahmedabad’s premium residential market. The role involves identifying upcoming bungalows, luxury residences and residential schemes; connecting with homeowners, architects and interior designers; understanding project requirements; and converting qualified opportunities into confirmed orders. Key Responsibilities • Identify upcoming bungalow projects, premium residences and residential schemes across Ahmedabad • Build a reliable database of architects, interior designers, homeowners, developers and relevant project contacts • Conduct regular market visits, project visits and client meetings • Present Canvas partition solutions based on the space,



design intent and functional requirements of each project • Build solid relationships with architects and interior designers to generate project specifications and referrals • Follow up consistently from the initial enquiry through consultation, quotation and final closure • Coordinate internally with the design, technical and execution teams for accurate proposals and smooth project handover • Maintain an organised pipeline of leads, meetings, proposals, follow-ups and expected closures • Achieve defined monthly and quarterly sales targets • Track competitor activity and emerging opportunities in Ahmedabad’s premium residential market Who We’re Looking For • 2–5 years of experience in business development or project sales • Experience in architectural products, interior solutions, aluminium or glass systems, modular furniture, sanitaryware, building materials, premium home products or a related sector will be preferred • Good understanding of Ahmedabad
