You will identify target companies, find the right decision-makers, understand their potential business challenges, and engage them through multiple outbound channels. About the Role Your primary channels will include: Cold calling Email campaigns LinkedIn outreach LinkedIn Sales Navigator Account-based prospecting Personalized outreach Prospecting databases Social selling Referral and partner networks Creative outbound methods We are not looking for someone who simply sends generic emails or makes calls from a script. We want someone who can research an account, understand the prospect’s business, identify a relevant problem, craft a compelling message, and start a genuine business conversation. Responsibilities Target Account Research Identify target companies across the US and UK. Build and maintain targeted prospect lists. Research industries, companies, technologies, business models, and buying signals. Identify decision-makers and influencers. Map accounts across IT,



Sales, Marketing, Operations, and executive functions. Research prospects before outreach. Continuously expand and refine the target-account database. Cold Calling Conduct outbound calls to prospects in the US and UK. Speak confidently with business decision-makers and senior stakeholders. Introduce Worxwide’s services clearly and professionally. Understand prospect challenges through effective questioning. Handle objections. Generate qualified discovery meetings. Email Outreach Build targeted outbound email campaigns. Personalize outreach based on account and prospect research. Create follow-up sequences. Test messaging, subject lines, offers, and CTAs. Track response and conversion rates. Continuously improve campaign performance. LinkedIn Outreach Identify relevant decision-makers using LinkedIn. Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for account and prospect research.
