We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our International Customer Center team.

This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in delivering high-quality support, maintaining professionalism, and ensuring an exceptional experience for global customers.

You’ll handle inbound and outbound interactions (calls, chats, or emails), resolve queries efficiently, and represent our brand with empathy and clarity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and complaints through calls, chat, or email for international clients.
- Ensure first-contact resolution and maintain high CSAT and SLA standards.
- Document interactions accurately in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations promptly.
- Follow communication scripts and tone guidelines while personalizing customer interactions.
- Meet daily/weekly KPIs such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain qualified communication at all times,

Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice or Customer Support Process.
- No job switch in the last 1 year (stability required).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
- Comfortable working in 24×7 rotational shifts (including night shifts).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call-handling tools preferred.
