Role Overview: You will be part of the Quality, responsible for driving strategic, cross‑functional initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, and regulatory functions , etc. The role requires a non‑conventional project management approach to ensure organizational strategies are effectively implemented, with strong emphasis on operational excellence, compliance, and timely delivery of manufacturing and quality programs.

nKey Responsibilities:

- Cross‑functional program management: Collaborate with supply chain, production, quality, and regulatory teams to ensure seamless execution of high‑priority programs.n
- Operational risk mitigation: Drive initiatives to minimize penalties, avoid out‑of‑stock situations, and reduce expired inventory losses through proactive monitoring and execution.n
- Capex and infrastructure evaluation: Assess open capital expenditure requests and recent infrastructure projects, ensuring detailed justification, ROI analysis, and demand forecasts are prepared for management review.n
- Project execution monitoring:



Oversee ongoing infrastructure projects, track progress, identify challenges, and ensure readiness for qualification, audits, and product pipeline integration.n
- Strategic program acceleration: Ensure fast‑track progress of priority projects directly managed by the Quality Leader , avoiding delays and bottlenecks.n
- Management reporting: Maintain live dashboards, prepare meeting briefs, consolidate cross‑functional updates, and highlight critical issues requiring leadership attention.n

- 5–7 years of PMO experience with exposure to manufacturing or quality operations.n
- Proven ability to work with senior leadership in driving organizational priorities.n
- Strong analytical and presentation skills; advanced expertise in MS Excel and familiarity with visual dashboards/data analytics platforms.n
