RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical data engineering design for XLerate across multiple CRM-space teams, with focus on Member Aggregate, segmentation, and the data paths that power audiences, campaigns,



reporting, and Connect-driven use cases
- Design, build, and optimize high-performance SQL and data-intensive workflows on large MySQL and Redshift datasets
- Design and operate lakehouse-style analytical models (including Apache Iceberg) used by segmentation, audiences, and reporting
- Own reliability of the CRM data platform path — pipelines, replication, and query infrastructure that product squads depend on
- Partner with Product and engineers on teams such as CRM Ops and Connect to ship data capabilities that unlock measurable studio outcomes
- Provide technical mentorship on data modeling, query performance, and production-secure delivery
- Work with an energized, fun, friendly and customer-focused cross-functional network of teams
- Use cutting edge Agile & Lean ways of working underpinned by DevOps and CI/CD

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field exp. pref
