nRole Summary
nThe Director / Sr. Director – Medical Coding will be responsible for leading large-scale coding operations across multiple clients and service lines, ensuring delivery excellence, quality performance, operational efficiency, growth, compliance, and client satisfaction. The role will provide strategic leadership to Coding Operations, oversee P&L; performance, drive transformation initiatives, and partner with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
nThe incumbent will lead large teams of coding professionals, managers, and operational leaders while ensuring sustainable growth, productivity improvement, quality excellence, and financial performance.
