Position Overview
nApeejay Shipping Limited is seeking a highly accomplished, dynamic, and forward-looking Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and the Board.

nThe CFO will be responsible for driving the organization's financial strategy, governance, business performance, capital management, and long-term value creation.

nCandidates should possess robust financial acumen with practical exposure to Bank Liaisoning, Credit Rating, Treasury Operations, Fund Management, Banking Facilities, and related financial activities and Insurance

nKey Responsibilities
nStrategic Leadership & Business Partnership

- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board on business strategy, growth initiatives, investments, capital allocation, and risk management.n
- Evaluate business opportunities, acquisitions, investments, partnerships, and expansion initiatives.n
- Provide commercial insights and financial recommendations to support key business decisions.n




- Participate in Board meetings and present meaningful financial and business insights.n

nFinancial Strategy & Performance Management

- Lead the development and execution of the Company's financial strategy aligned with overall business objectives.n
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance management processes.n
- Monitor business performance and drive initiatives to improve profitability, efficiency, and return on capital.n
- Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making.n
- Establish robust KPIs and management reporting frameworks.n

nTreasury, Banking & Capital Management

- Manage banking relationships, working capital, liquidity, financing arrangements, and cash flow optimization.n
- Lead debt management, refinancing initiatives, capital raising activities, and negotiations with financial institutions.n
