Job Description (Design Manager)

Job Summary: Design Manager with minimum 3 years' experience.

Work Location: Dehradun

Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture.
- Shouldbe proficient in Auto CAD, 3D,Revitand all other design and project management software.
- Problem solving skills and creative thinking.
- Attention to details.
- Should have good oral and written communication skills.
- Should have valuable inter-personal skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work under pressure.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Coordinate all design matters with the Architectural Firm and the Consultants.
- Relate the building design at site to ensure that the multi-disciplinary team, building the project,



work together smoothly and that everything is delivered on time and within the budget.
- Raise RFI for timely resolution to keep the progress in line with target program.
- Reviewing the design of the building to ensure that it meets the regulatory and legislative requirements and the Client's brief.
- Keeping up to date with the relevant codes, regulations and legislation.
- Manage and maintain all design drawings, working drawings, GFC drawings and As-Built drawings.
- Participate in the design workshops and project meetings.
