Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Visualforce.
- Build advanced and responsive Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Design and implement solutions in Service Cloud including Case Management, Service Console, Omni-Channel, and Knowledge.
- Create and maintain Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Workflows, and Reports/Dashboards.
- Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Perform code reviews, testing (unit testing with minimum 85% coverage), and deployment using change sets or DevOps tools.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Admins, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Solid proficiency in Apex (classes, triggers, batch, queueable, schedulable).
- Experience in building complex Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Working knowledge of Service Cloud features
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
- Understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.

Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
