Job Purpose: The Cluster Manager for the Banca Channel Team will be responsible for leading a team of FLS who collaborate with partner banks to drive sales of Life Insurance products. This role requires strong leadership, excellent relationship management skills, and a deep understanding of the insurance industry and banking partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Performance Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Relationship Managers to achieve sales targets and ensure effective execution of the Banca channel strategy. Monitor and manage team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance appraisals. Ensure team alignment with organizational goals and contribute to the growth of the Banca channel. Business Development: Drive the development of recent business opportunities with existing and potential bank partners. Collaborate with key stakeholders from partner banks to promote cross-selling opportunities and increase insurance penetration.



Develop and implement strategies to increase the life insurance product portfolio offered through the Banca channel. Sales Strategy & Execution: Work closely with the Banca channel team to execute the sales strategy and meet sales targets. Implement effective sales processes, training, and product knowledge sessions to ensure team readiness and performance. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry changes to ensure the team remains competitive and up-to-date with industry practices. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner banks. Ensure a high level of service to the bank's customers and staff, creating long-lasting and mutually beneficial relationships. Address any concerns or issues raised by bank partners, resolving them in a timely and effective manner. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and internal processes related to sales activities. Provide timely and accurate sales
