CTQs:
- Minimum 8+ years of overall experience in Talent Acquisition
- Current designation must be Assistant Manager (AM), Team Manager (TM), or Team Lead (TL)
- Specialized experience in BFSI sector, lateral hiring, and leadership hiring
- Proven track record in end-to-end Non-IT recruitment
- Minimum 2 years of people management experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Location: Bangalore (Hybrid mode, 3 days/week in office)
