Urgent Hiring For Inside Sales
n Location – Kharadi, Pune
n Experience – Minimum 1 to 3 years of sales experience
n Skills – Excellent communication in English
n Salary – Up to 5 LPA
n Industry – Health care, wellness and Fitness industry is preferred
n Immediate Joiners preferred.

n What We're Looking For
n● Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in regional languages is a plus
n● Prior experience in sales, telesales, or inside sales roles preferred
n● Basic knowledge/interest in health and fitness
n● Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
n● Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining quality conversations
n● Comfortable working with CRM tools and maintaining accurate records
n● Target-driven mindset with resilience to handle rejection
n● Versatile to work on weekends as required (rotational offs on weekdays)
n
n What You Will Do




n- Connect with inbound/assigned leads via outbound calls (approx. 130-140 calls per day) to
n understand their fitness goals and needs
n- Pitch and convert leads into paying customers by clearly communicating our offerings and
n value proposition
n- Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective leads to maximize conversion
n- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales/conversion targets
n- Accurately log call outcomes, lead status, and customer details in the CRM
n- Address customer queries and objections effectively to build trust and drive closures
n- Collaborate with the Growth team to share feedback on lead quality and market response
