About the RolenWe are looking for an experienced and target-driven Senior Sales Manager with strong experience in the Solar / Renewable Energy Industry.
n

nThe ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in selling Rooftop and Ground Mounted Solar EPC Projects and a proven track record of driving business growth, managing key customers, generating new opportunities, and achieving revenue targets.
n

Key Responsibilitiesn✔ Develop and execute sales strategies for Rooftop and Ground Mounted Solar EPC projects.
n✔ Generate current business through direct sales, channel partners, references, networking, and market development.
n✔ Build relationships with industrial, commercial, institutional, and residential customers.




n✔ Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and customer meetings to proposal, negotiation, and order closure.
n✔ Conduct customer meetings, site visits, requirement assessments, and commercial discussions.
n✔ Understand customer electricity consumption, project requirements, ROI, payback, net metering, and applicable schemes.
n✔ Prepare and present commercial proposals and project solutions in coordination with technical and finance teams.
n✔ Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value Solar EPC projects.
n✔ Maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, channel partners, and stakeholders.
n✔ Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Projects, Finance, and Execution teams for smooth project handover.
n✔ Monitor sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, CRM updates, competitor activities, and market trends.
n✔ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
n✔ Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
