Job SUMMARY:
The BackOffice Systems Manager has the responsibility to oversee the development, administration, support, and optimization of key enterprise collaboration and communication platforms, including Active Directory (AD), Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Power platform, power Automate and Zoom. This role is critical to ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our back-office systems and user productivity tools. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, robust leadership skills, and an initiative-taking approach to systems management and service delivery.
