Job Description
Key Responsibilities Media Relations & Press Management Build, nurture, and manage long-term relationships with fashion editors, journalists, magazine houses, digital media platforms, and broadcast media across India and international markets. Drive consistent and high-quality press coverage — features, editorials, collection reviews, designer profiles, and brand stories — in priority publications and platforms. Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, collection notes, and brand narratives for all major launches, campaigns, and activations. Manage and maintain an up-to-date press database, coverage tracker, and media value reports. Brand Storytelling & Communications Develop and own the brand's PR and marketing narrative, ensuring it is always consistent with the studio's creative vision and luxury positioning. Craft compelling brand stories around collections, milestones, collaborations, and the designer's creative journey for diverse audiences and media formats. Oversee all external brand communications, ensuring tone, language,



and aesthetic sensibility are aligned across every PR and marketing touchpoint. Marketing & Campaign Management Plan and execute marketing campaigns around collection launches, key drops, and brand moments across digital, social, and offline channels, in step with the PR calendar. Own the brand's social media strategy and content calendar, ensuring every post reflects the studio's luxury positioning and creative point of view. Collaborate with the design and creative teams to develop marketing assets — campaign concepts, look-book narratives, and content briefs for shoots and shows. Track and report on marketing performance (reach, engagement, conversion where applicable) and use insights to refine campaign strategy. Manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships for campaign production, paid amplification, and content creation.
