Job Title: PMO / Project Management & UAT Lead
Experience: 6–10 years
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Preferred Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced PMO / Project Management & UAT skilled to support project governance, planning, execution, stakeholder management, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The ideal candidate should have strong experience in PMO activities, project tracking, reporting, risk and issue management, UAT coordination, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered within agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards while maintaining effective governance and communication across project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate PMO activities across multiple projects/workstreams.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, action trackers, RAID logs, and status reports.
- Track project progress against agreed scope, budget, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with project managers, business teams, technology teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare weekly/monthly project status reports, dashboards, management presentations, and steering committee materials.
- Maintain project governance standards and ensure adherence to established PMO processes.
- Identify, track, and escalate risks, issues, dependencies, and project blockers.
- Coordinate project meetings, document meeting minutes, action items, decisions, and follow-ups.
- Support change management, including tracking scope changes, project dependencies, and impact assessments.
- Coordinate project milestones and ensure deliverables are completed and appropriately documented.
