About the Role:

The Software and Control Solutions business of Carrier is seeking an experienced Digital & Marketing Operations Specialist to drive the businesses' digital marketing strategy,



demand generation initiatives, and digital performance across key channels.
The role will be responsible for growing the digital presence of our Digital and SaaS offerings through website optimization, SEO, digital campaigns, social media performance, landing pages, and content distribution. The individual will also support marketing operations activities including campaign tracking, lead management processes, reporting, and performance measurement.
This is a hands-on digital marketing role with end-to-end ownership of outcomes. The successful candidate will work with agency partners across SEO, website management, and social media, but will remain accountable for the quality, effectiveness, and performance of all digital initiatives.
