Job Description
The Role
nWe are looking for a commercially oriented finance leader who can go beyond traditional reporting and work closely with the leadership team to build financial discipline and support business growth.
nThe ideal candidate will have experience in B2B businesses, marketplaces or high-growth startups, with strong exposure to unit economics, FP&A;, cash management and working capital.

nKey Responsibilities
n1. Unit Economics & Marketplace Metrics
n• Build and own transaction-level / placement-level contribution margin models.
n• Track and analyse CAC per worker, cost per placement, take rate, contribution margin and
npayback period.
n• Develop cohort and retention economics.
n• Translate unit economics into actionable decisions around pricing, growth and burn.
n

n2. FP&A; & Cash Management
n• Own the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and rolling forecasts.
n• Lead monthly financial and variance reviews with business and leadership teams.
n• Build and maintain 13-week cash-flow forecasts.
n• Establish and monitor burn, spend and runway guardrails.




n• Identify financial risks early and translate them into clear business actions.

n3. Working Capital & Receivables
n• Manage working capital in a business with large enterprise customers.
n• Own receivables forecasting and collections discipline.
n• Track and manage 60–90+ day DSO cycles.
n• Build escalation mechanisms for delayed collections.
n• Assess the cash-flow impact of commercial decisions and support credit-risk management.

n4. Business Partnership
n• Partner closely with founders and business leaders on financial and strategic decisions.
n1• Bring a strong financial lens to growth investments, pricing, cost structures and resource
nallocation.
n• Build easy, decision-oriented financial dashboards and insights.
n• Help create a culture of financial discipline across the organisation.
