Job Summary
UPS is seeking an experienced Procurement Supervisor to support and drive Global Procurement initiatives. The role is responsible for providing leadership across procurement analytics, policy and compliance monitoring, reporting, process governance, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will work closely with Procurement, Finance, Business Functions, Operations, Procurement Technology,
and other cross-functional stakeholders to identify risks and opportunities, improve procurement processes, and enable data-driven decision-making.
The role requires a robust combination of end-to-end Procurement knowledge, analytical capability, stakeholder management, process improvement and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement Analytics & Spend Management
- Lead and maintain Procurement reporting, analytics, KPIs, and management information for leadership.
- Analyze spend, purchasing, supplier, contract, travel, compliance, and transactional data to identify trends, risks, savings opportunities, non-compliance, and areas requiring corrective action.
- Monitor compliance with Procurement policies, purchasing controls, approved suppliers, buying channels, and governance requirements; support exception management, audit, risk analysis, and corrective-action processes.
