About the Role nWe are looking for a State Field Manager to lead and grow a team of 15–20 field Relationship Managers under the Light-Touch RM model.
n
nYou will own state-level sales and AUM performance, coach RMs, drive customer acquisition, and build local presence through community activations and events. This is a hands-on, field-oriented role requiring extensive travel and direct customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities n
n Team & Sales Leadership
n
- n
- Manage, coach and motivate 15–20 RMs through regular reviews, 1:1s and field coaching.n
- Identify and improve funnel gaps across meetings, pitches, referrals and AUM.n
- Deliver state-level targets for customer acquisition, retained AUM, referrals and activations.n




- Personally acquire and close key customers and lead from the field.n

n On-Ground Activations
n
- n
- Plan and execute society camps, senior-citizen clinics, festival stalls and other community events.n
- Build relationships with RWAs, societies, clubs and venues.n
- Convert activations into qualified leads through timely follow-ups and referrals.n

n Hiring & Team Development
n
- n
- Partner with hiring/vendor teams to source and select suitable RMs.n
- Onboard recent RMs with clear territory plans, targets and operating processes.n
- Drive team engagement, performance and retention.n

n Quality & Reporting
n
- n
- Ensure compliance with no-cash, no-mis-selling and data-protection standards.n
- Conduct quality checks and maintain CRM, activity registers and kit reconciliation.n
- Report state performance to the central team.
