nWhat You’ll Do
n

n• Lead interior design projects from concept development through site handover.
n• Prepare concept presentations, space planning, material palettes, detailed drawings, and BOQs.
n• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and execution teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
n• Conduct client meetings, understand project requirements, and present design solutions with confidence.
n• Review drawings and maintain high standards of design quality and technical accuracy.
n• Visit project sites regularly to monitor design implementation and resolve site-related challenges.
n• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the growth of the design team.
n





nWhat We’re Looking For
n

n• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in interior design.
n• Proven experience delivering multiple projects independently from concept to final handover.
n• Strong client management and presentation skills.
n• Excellent knowledge of materials, detailing, construction methodologies, and site execution.
n• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential. Experience with SketchUp, Revit, Enscape/Lumion, Photoshop, or other visualization tools is an advantage.
n• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
n• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
