nJob Summary:
nWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Manager - Electrical QA/QC Engineer (Construction) to ensure quality compliance across electrical installation projects. The candidate will be responsible for implementing quality standards, inspecting site work, maintaining documentation, and ensuring all installations meet approved drawings, specifications, and client requirements.

nKey Responsibilities:

- n
- Ensure implementation of QA/QC procedures at project sites as per company and client standardsn
- Conduct site inspections for electrical works such as:n
- Cable laying & terminationn
- Cable trays & conduits installationn
- LT/HT panels installationn
- Earthing & lighting systemsn




- Verify work execution as per:n
- Approved drawings (GA, SLD, Layouts)n
- Technical specificationsn
- BOQ and project standardsn
- Prepare and maintain:n
- Inspection Reports (IRs) – MIR / WIRn
- Work Method Statements (WMS)n
- ITP (Inspection Test Plan)n
- Checklists & Quality Recordsn
- Coordinate with:n
- Project Engineers / Site Teamn
- Consultants / Clients for inspections & approvalsn
- Raise and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure timely closuren
- Monitor material quality and ensure compliance with approved makes and standardsn
- Assist in testing & commissioning activities and documentationn
- Maintain proper documentation for:n
- Quality auditsn
- Client submissionsn
- Final handovern
