The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven International Lead Generation & Business Development Specialist to help expand our technology and ecommerce services across global markets.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying high-potential businesses, researching target markets, connecting with decision-makers, generating qualified leads, booking meetings, and contributing directly to revenue growth.




This is not a traditional data collection role. We are looking for someone who understands the complete B2B lead generation process—from prospect research and outreach to qualified meetings and sales opportunities.
The Responsibilities
Lead Research & Prospecting
• Identify and research high-potential businesses across international markets including the USA, UK, Europe, Australia, Canada, and the Middle East.
• Build highly targeted prospect databases based on industry, company size, revenue potential, technology stack, and business requirements.
• Identify key decision-makers, including Founders, CEOs, Ecommerce Directors, Marketing Heads, and Digital Leaders.
• Research companies to identify potential technology, ecommerce, marketing, and growth opportunities.
International Lead Generation
• Generate qualified B2B leads for Optycommerce services and technology products.
• Develop prospecting strategies for Shopify, Wo
