nKey Responsibilities

- Upgrade Planning & Execution: Lead technical planning, perform pre-/post-upgrade tasks, and ensure system readiness.n
- System Copy Planning: Define and execute system copy strategies for development, QA, and production environments.n
- End-to-End Testing: Conduct regression testing, functional validation, and performance benchmarking after upgrade/system copy.n
- Report Validation: Verify critical reports, dashboards, and queries for accuracy post-upgrade/system copy.n
- Data Integrity Checks: Perform reconciliation and consistency checks across environments.n
- Performance Benchmarking: Monitor and optimize query performance, cube loads, and ETL processes.n
- Transport Management: Support transport requests and workplace synchronization during upgrade/copy.n
- Documentation:



Prepare technical documentation, test scripts, and validation reports.n
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with BASIS, functional teams, and business users to ensure smooth execution.n

nRequired Skills & Experience
n
- n
- Strong experience in SAP BW (7.x/4.x or higher) including modeling, ETL, and reporting.n
- Proficiency in ABAP debugging for issue resolution.n
- Familiarity with SAP BO universe, Reports & publications (I.e. Nice to have)n
- Experience in test planning and execution for large-scale upgrades.n
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.n
- Prior involvement in end-to-end upgrade projects with full testing cycles.n
