Job Summary for Growth Officer / Sales Officer
- Visit retail shops daily to take orders for company products.
- Achieve assigned sales targets for each product and brand.
- Support distributors and salesmen in selling company products.
- Explain monthly sales schemes and targets to distributors and salesmen.
- Ensure regular coverage of all shops in the designated area.
- Monitor and review daily and weekly sales performance of the sales team.
- Timely submission of distributor bills and claims.
- Share daily work reports with the manager.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with distributors and shopkeepers.
- Attend company trainings and meetings as required.
- Location options include multiple cities across Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand (e.g., NOIDA, Meerut, Bareilly, Agra, Dehradun, Haridwar, etc.).
- Salary offered: 1.60–1.75 LPA plus incentives.
