Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience - 5+ years
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform testing and quality assurance processes
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework) is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of CMDB concepts, data governance, and data hygiene best practices
- Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using ATF
- Positive understanding of ServiceNow platform fundamentals and core functionalities
- Experience with Asset Management processes and ServiceNow Asset Management modules
- Knowledge of Compliance, Auditing, Access Management,



and Security Controls within ServiceNow
- Hands-on experience testing integrations with third-party applications using REST APIs, SOAP services, or Integration Hub
- Experience supporting ServiceNow upgrades, clone activities, and post-upgrade validation testing
- Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing methodologies
- Ability to independently drive QE initiatives and establish testing best practices
- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and defect management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- CSA certification or relevant ServiceNow certifications will be an added advantage
